The Contractor shall, at its own expense, procure and maintain the required motor vehicle and general liability insurance in full force and effect throughout the Contract Term, as specified in Section 3.
Failure to provide and maintain the required insurance coverage shall constitute a material default under the Contract and may entitle the Judiciary to exercise any or all remedies available under the Contract for Contractor default - Contact Person

- Description
- The First Circuit of the Judiciary, Wahiawa District Court is soliciting quotes for courier services for the period date from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with an option to extend for one (1) additional 12-month period, subject to the availability of funds and satisfactory performance. An increase or adjustment of price not to exceed 5% may be imposed with the contract extension upon the agreement of both parties. The contractor also referred to as Courier shall furnish all equipment, vehicles, personnel, and supervision necessary to provide courier service between First District Court (Kauikeaouli Hale), Wahiawa District Court, Ewa District Court and back to Honolulu District Court (Kauikeaouli Hale), once a day.

- TRANSACTION FEES: The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award. This transaction fee shall be based on the original award amount and the awarded vendor shall be responsible for payment of the fee to Tyler Hawaii, the vendor administering the HIePRO. Payment must be made to Tyler Hawaii within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The invoice is generated based on the date the award is posted.
- HAWAII GENERAL EXCISE TAX (GET): Unless otherwise stated in this solicitation, vendors shall include all applicable taxes in the price submitted. The Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) shall not exceed 4.712% for the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Oahu and Maui.
- ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES: Vendors shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted.
