  • Vendors are businesses that offer their services to the government.
  • While logged in the vendor can search and respond to solicitations.
  • My Opportunities is a custom list of solicitations that match the commodity codes AND descriptions on the vendor's profile.
  • My Offers will display the offers the vendor has submitted or saved as a draft.
  • My Awards will list all the vendor's awards.
  • My Payments will list any payments that are due.
  • Buyers are government employees.
  • If the government is in need of a service a buyer will create a solicitation for vendors to bid on.
  • Once a solicitation has closed the buyer will award the solicitation to a vendor.
  • A requester is a government employee that is able to request a solicitation be released by a buyer.
  • From the requester dashboard you can create a new request or view the status of previous requests. 
  • Department Admins manage all the buyers within their department.
  • They can create and edit approval paths and instructions within their department.
  • They also have all the functionality of a buyer.
  • System admins manage all HIePRO users.
  • They can create and edit all approval paths and instructions.
