- If you can't remember the password to your eHawaii.gov Account select 'Retrieve Password.'
- Enter your email address.
- Answer the secret question.
- If you forgot the answer, contact customer service for further assistance.
- Now the system will send you an email to set a new password.
- Enter a new password.
- The notification will change to indicate when the password is strong.
- Your password has been set and now you can use the new password to login.
- To retrieve your password go to login.ehawaii.gov.
