- To begin, login using your eHawaii.gov Account.
- The buyer dashboard displays notifications at the top.
- Notifications are added to the buyer dashboard for various reasons such as: a solicitation has been rejected, a vendor has asked a question, or a solicitation has closed.
- At the bottom of the buyer dashboard you can create a new solicitation.
- Be sure to watch the 'HIePRO Solicitations' video to learn more about solicitations.
- You can also view your profile and approval paths from the buyer dashboard.
- Your profile will display basic user information.
- It will also display any approval paths you have been assigned.
- If you are assigned an approval path for a solicitation and/or award that means any solicitation and/or award you create will need to be approved before it will be released.
- If you are the approver for an approval path then it will display on your profile as well.
- As an approver you will approve solicitations and/or awards for all users assigned to your approval path.
- At the bottom of your profile you will see a short summary that will quickly tell you how many solicitations you have created, awarded, and how many amendments you have done.
- From the buyer dashboard, you can also view solicitations and awards.
- This is where you can find all solicitations and awards that you have created.
- By default, all solicitations you have saved as a draft or released will display.
- You can check the box to show closed solicitations or show cancelled solicitations.
- If you are going to be out of office you will need to select a backup buyer to handle your solicitations and awards while you are away.
- You will need to indicate when you have returned to the office.
- Navigating your buyer dashboard is easy at hiepro.hawaii.gov.
