Description
Project work includes removal and disposal of existing carpet, wall base, wooden service counter & gate, and some office furniture. Work also includes temporary relocation and reinstallation of some existing furniture, repaint interior walls, install new carpet tiles and wall base, new window shades, new modular systems furniture, minor electrical work, and minor lead abatement work on the first floor of the Kalanimoku Building, Room 110 & 111.
1. The Proposal, Specifications, Plans, and General Interim Conditions are attached as PDF files.
2. The Contract start and end dates are only estimates and will vary depending on Notice to Proceed date and construction duration.
3. All questions will be addressed in an addendum.
