Amendment Reason
Lots of questions as a result of the walk through. Not enough time was allowed in the solicitation to post the questions for all to see. Also, after on-site pre offer conference meeting at the site, it was determined there is no additional deterrent value for barbed wire on the fencing and gate at the Waianae Japanese Cemetery installation. Included PWC specification diagrams for fencing and gate installation per ASTM F567 code into the attachments for consistency and clarity for all bidders.
