- The Judiciary is requesting proposals from qualified, bonded collection entities to collect amounts owed to the Judiciary, including, but not limited to: delinquent penalties, fines, sanctions, surcharges, fees, court costs and restitution.
The successful Offeror will also be required to keep and maintain records of all assigned accounts, and to provide status reports of these accounts. - Contact Person

- General Comments
- The Judiciary, State of Hawai'i invites Offerors to submit a written proposal for Collection of Delinquent Accounts Owed to the Judiciary, State of Hawai'i. The Judiciary is requesting proposals from qualified, bonded collection entities to collect amounts owed to the Judiciary, including, but not limited to: delinquent penalties, fines, sanctions, surcharges, fees, court costs and restitution.
The successful Offeror will also be required to keep and maintain records of all assigned accounts, and to provide status reports of these accounts.
The collection needs of the Judiciary may be characterized as moderate level receivables. Ages of the accounts will vary.
A successful proposal will demonstrate Offeror’s ability to provide immediate and consistent efforts in collecting delinquent judgments. Maximizing the Judiciary’s recovery rate through an expanded collection programs will improve the Judiciary’s image, preserve integrity of the system and advance the administration of justice.
Documents contained in Section Nine of RFP J26248 is required to be submitted, in HIePRO, along with the proposal. Failure to submit the required documents may result in being deemed unresponsive.
Proposals shall be submitted through HIePRO. Only proposals submitted through HIePRO shall be considered for award. - Procurement Officer
