Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of collapsed drain lines connected to the cafeteria grease trap system at Kahakai Elementary School. Work includes saw-cutting and removing sections of the concrete floor to access damaged piping, installation of new Schedule 40 PVC drain lines at proper slope per DOH and UPC standards, reconnection to the existing grease trap, backfilling, compacting, and re-pouring of concrete to restore the area. Contractor shall ensure all lines are cleaned, tested, and fully operational prior to final acceptance. Temporary work may be performed to relieve blockage until full replacement is complete.
