- The Department of Health/ Maternal Child Health Branch (MCHB), is seeking the expertise of a coordinator to assist with the Maternal Mortality Review Abstraction and to Manage Travel Arrangements for individuals associated with the Hawaii Maternal Mortality Review Committee (HMMRC). The coordinator will manage a variety of activities associated with the Hawaii Maternal Mortality Review including: abstraction of medical records prior to the meetings; comprehensive medical note taking, completing the Maternal Mortality Review Information Application (MMRIA) User’s Training, completion of the MMRIA Decision Forms, and consultation on maternal health records working in collaboration with the MCHB registered nurse of the Planning, Prevention and Integration staff area.
For the management of travel arrangements, the coordinator will arrange for travel accommodations including airline travel including baggage fees, ground transportation, hotel reservations, daily per diem, and any associated fees required for conference or meeting registrations. - Contact Person
