Description
The Harm Reduction Services Branch (HRSB) coordinates statewide efforts to address viral hepatitis, HIV, and sexually transmitted infections. To improve accessibility of STI, HIV, and Hepatitis C testing, HRSB is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide services to implement the STI and HIV Self-Testing Program. Self-testing allows people to take an HIV or STI test at a place and during a time most comfortable for them. This program will decrease barriers individuals may face to getting tested for HIV and STIs on a regular basis. This program will work in conjunction with existing testing efforts to provide an additional testing option for community.

Focus populations to be served: Men who have sex with men and transgender individuals who frequent social media apps such as Grindr, Scruff, Sniffies, etc.
