- Project one short looping video (no audio) twenty seconds long, continuously projected on by projectors simultaneously. Videos to combine images and text.
Goal: to raise awareness of the value of culture and the arts in our community
Provide all necessary equipment and power to support projection on plywood construction barrier in
three locations for three nights at the Hawai‘i State Capitol
Scope:
Contractor provide projection on two sections of the existing construction barriers. (Barco HDX‐W20 or approved equal at 20,000 Lumens.
Contractor provide power by portable generator for projection.
Contractor to provide Proof of insurance
Contractor to provide security and personnel on-site during projections.
Contractor to remove all equipment each evening.
Contractor to secure and pay their own parking, DPT. Of Health or Capitol via DAGS Parking Control. NO PARKING ON CAPITOL LAWN OR SIDEWALK.
Location: Hawai‘i State Capitol Lawn, Beretania Street and Punchbowl streets
Scale: Wall for projection is approx.. 10’high x 48’ wide. Final scale to be determined based on lensing and wall. 16:9 or 3:1
Coordinate video projection scale with JN Productions.
Date and Time:
April 12, 2023 beginning at dusk for three (3) hours
April 13, 2023 beginning at dusk for three (3) hours
April 14, 2023 beginning at dusk for three (3) hours
Content to be provided by SFCA via virtual download
