- General scope of work shall be to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide appropriate unarmed security guard services for the locking and unlocking of comfort stations at Honokohau Small Boat Harbor, Kailua Pier and Keauhou Small Boat Harbor.
Honokohau Small Boat Harbor shall include the North Comfort Station (between boat ramps), and the South Comfort Station (above G dock). Both North and South comfort stations (men's and women's restrooms) should be locked between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., seven days a week. The North Comfort Station (men's and women's restrooms) only should be unlocked between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven days a week. No unlock service is required for the South Comfort Station restrooms at this location. (See attached map for locations of comfort stations at Honokohau Small Boat Harbor.)
Kailua Pier shall include the comfort station (men’s and women’s restrooms) in the building at the entrance to the Kailua Pier. Restrooms should be locked each day between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. No unlock service is required for this facility. (See attached map for location of the comfort station at Kailua Pier.)
Keauhou Small Boat Harbor shall include the comfort station (men’s and women’s restrooms) located in vicinity of the boat trailer parking area near the entrance to the facility. Restrooms should be locked each day between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. Restrooms should be unlocked each day between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a week. (See attached map for location of the comfort station at Keauhou Small Boat Harbor.)
Please provide a monthly cost for this service.
TERM OF CONTRACT
The term of contract shall be for the twelve (12) month period commencing from the official date on the Notice to Proceed but not earlier than September 1, 2021. Unless terminated, the contract may be extended without re-bidding, upon mutual agreement in writing between the State and the Contractor, prior to the expiration date, for not more than two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, or parts thereof. Provided, however, the contract price for the extended period shall remain the same or lower than the initial contract price, subject to any price increase allowed by the contract. - Contact Person
