- Pediatric Patient Dosing/Medication Management Software Access/Subscription (1year term) with customization abilities.
We are seeking resuscitation type software to be used for pediatric patient dosing. The software subscription must be:
1. Customizable to local protocols, medication concentrations, and specific equipment that is carried by the agency and document in real-time.
2. Age and weight centric and provide appropriate medication dosages in volume and equipment sizes.
3. Able to integrate with ePCR documentation systems through a direct cloud-based API.
4. Capable of transmitting patient chart summaries to pre-determined fax or email locations in a PDF format.
5. Compatible with iOS, Android and Windows and directly accessible via the App stores.
6. Cached locally, not relying on a Wi-Fi or cellular connection to function and reference.
7. Accessible to download on personal and unit devices.
8. Able to provide clinical oversight with pediatric expertise.
9. Able to cover patient ranges from preemie to teen for pediatrics, and contain adult patient populations.
The Vendor must provide the following:
1. A comprehensive service level agreement that includes 24-hour support.
2. A training program to in-service new users.
3. A minimum of 5 agency/user evidence-based studies and/or references.
The Vendor must be able to invoice for the entire year of service/subscription at the start of the contract.
