A few hours later after submitting the bid we were notified by Oracle that our approvals have been rescinded. It sounds like they are not allowing the renewal of any cloud services that are no longer available for purchase. Matt with Oracle should be reaching out to you to discuss options by the end of today. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
