- Job No. F93C817E, Central Maui Regional Sports Complex Phase 4, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. The project is located at TMK (2) 3-8-007: Portion of 101, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. This project is the fourth construction phase of a regional park complex on Maui and the work shall generally consist of general site work, constructing an open grassed field for soccer, a comfort station, utility installation, and landscaping.
The contract start and end dates are only estimates and will be confirmed after award of the contract.
The bid construction plans are divided into four pdf files and can be downloaded individually. The bid specifications are separated into two pdf files and can be downloaded individually. The DLNR Interim General Conditions, Oct 1994 are also attached for download.
