CoStar provides a single platform for DHHL’s commercial real estate research and marketing needs. DHHL can research properties, sale and lease comparables, ownership and tenant information, market trends, rental rates, vacancy, and market conditions, while also using CoStar to search commercial listings and market available DHHL properties to prospective investors, brokers, and tenants. The total 12-month contract price is $20,640 and provides access for up to four (4) licensed users and includes unlimited training and customer support.

Description
Annual subscription to an integrated commercial real estate market intelligence, analytics, and property marketing platform for four (4) authorized users.

The platform shall support two primary functions: (1) commercial land portfolio management through verified Hawaiʻi-specific sale and lease comparables, property ownership and tenant intelligence, historical market trends, rental rate and vacancy analytics, and market/submarket reporting; and (2) economic development and land disposition activities through searchable commercial property listings, identification of prospective tenants and development partners, and the ability to publicly advertise DHHL's available commercial and industrial properties to prospective investors, brokers, and tenants.

All required capabilities shall be accessible through the proposed subscription, with any additional modules or fees clearly identified in the quotation.

  • TRANSACTION FEES: The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award. This transaction fee shall be based on the original award amount and the awarded vendor shall be responsible for payment of the fee to Tyler Hawaii, the vendor administering the HIePRO. Payment must be made to Tyler Hawaii within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The invoice is generated based on the date the award is posted.
  • HAWAII GENERAL EXCISE TAX (GET): Unless otherwise stated in this solicitation, vendors shall include all applicable taxes in the price submitted. The Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) shall not exceed 4.712% for the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Oahu and Maui.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES: Vendors shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted.
