This is to inform you that you have been awarded the Contract to PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND CHEMICAL WATER TREATMENT OF AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT AT THE JUDICIARY FACILITY ON MAUI, THE JUDICIARY, STATE OF HAWAII in response to Bid Proposal No. J27219. This award is conditioned upon you furnishing a satisfactory certificate of insurance pursuant to IFB J27219 section 3.9 Insurance and upon your executing the contract. The contract may be signed on behalf of your firm only by the officer or officers authorized by corporate resolution. Your attention is called to the necessity of having all parties who sign the contract acknowledge their signatures before a notary public.

Description
The Contractor shall, in a proper and satisfactory manner, provide complete maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to the Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems for the Judiciary, Second Circuit (Hoapili Hale).

Offerors shall submit their Total Offer Price THROUGH THE HIePRO SYSTEM, and attach and scan Section 4, Offer Qualification Form, Wage Certificate and other required documents as specified in this solicitation, all no later than at the time and due date indicated on HIePRO.

Instructions
  • TRANSACTION FEES: The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award. This transaction fee shall be based on the original award amount and the awarded vendor shall be responsible for payment of the fee to Tyler Hawaii, the vendor administering the HIePRO. Payment must be made to Tyler Hawaii within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The invoice is generated based on the date the award is posted.
  • HAWAII GENERAL EXCISE TAX (GET): Unless otherwise stated in this solicitation, vendors shall include all applicable taxes in the price submitted. The Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) shall not exceed 4.712% for the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Oahu and Maui.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES: Vendors shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling, delivery, or any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted.
